My clock face is not working.

If you have any issues in the future with the clock face, please see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

Note: If you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@3864doc  Can you please provide more details?  What clock face are you using?  How is it not working?
