Hiya
I got a very strange problem for the clock faces on the versa.
When selecting a new clock face, it switches to it and I can adjust colors and settings.
When closing the Fitbit App and reopen it and open clock faces it shows "Created by unknown".
After some days 2-3 it will reset the customized settings for the clock face, very annoying.
What I already tried (without success):
1) Factory reset versa
2) Removed versa from bluetooth devices
3) Clear cache, data and uninstall Fitbit App, then reinstalled Fitbit App
4) Setup everything from the beginning
Would be great if someone could give me an advice on how to get this solved?
At least syncing seems to work 😉

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your clock face and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. Could you please tell me which is the clock face you are using? Are you having this issue with a Fitbit clock face?

This problem exists for all clock faces I select.
Currently I've selected "Simple Corners" which shows still the Author "undefined" but at least the settings weren't resettet in the last 2 weeks.
I've tried even some fitbit clock faces with the same result.

I've updated the app to 2.76.1 but the problem still persists.
And to complete the info my Versa is running on Firmware 32.32.10.15 🙂
