EDIT: Nevermind, it's fixed: I'm dumb and didn't notice you had to tick the various permissions when you install the clock face (I thought they were just listed). Could a mod please delete the topic? Thanks in advance!
Hello,
I've been having trouble with a Fitbit Versa I bought this week. Most of the clock faces don't display my stats, despite numerous soft and hard resets. The only faces I don't have that problem with, are all the ones from Fitbit, except for the soccer one, which has the same problems.
I have tried numerous soft and hard resets, uninstalling and reinstalling of the app, etc.
Considering the ones that work, I'm not sure whether it's a software or hardware issue? I should maybe add that at some point for two of those faces, the heart rate was displayed for a bit (not the other stats) and then vanished again. Any tips, please?
