Versa clock keeps losing time

After six months of my Versa working great, the last two days it keeps losing time.  I’ve tried everything I’ve read about in the forums-uninstalling and reinstalling the app, making sure all day sync is enabled, restarting my Fitbit, unpairing it from my phone and repairing it, etc. - and nothing is working! I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the recent iPhone iOS update and if so, FitBit, are you working on it? I often use this as my alarm so I really need the clock function to work!  It seems to still be counting steps and tracking my sleep…

Hi, are you by any chance using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself, either "Layers" or "Light" and restart your Versa and see if that solved your time problem.

How often has the Versa been syncing @SunsetRunner? normally the Versa''s time is updated with a sync.

If only syncing a couple of times a week then this might be the problem.

However if assuming a few times a day let's try a restart.

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Troubleshoot a problematic device by turning it off and then back on

That sounded like a brilliant solution, so I changed it to a FitBit clockface and then went through all the previous steps of unpairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and the problem persists! Driving me crazy! Lost 45 minutes overnight.

Hi. I sync often, multiple times a day and I’ve already done the shutdowns and restarts, and the app uninstall and reinstall, etc and it’s still happening.  Beginning to think it has something to do with either a recent Fitbit update or an iOS update, because it had been working perfectly up until a few days ago!
