Hello there, my versa 2 I bought doesnt work anymore.. I only bought it recently so I am very confused.
I have tried going on https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190 and tried resetting and restarting it but it doesnt seem to do anything. What else do I do.
