Versa completely locked after Factory Reset

My Versa worked fine for many months and recently stopped registering my heartbeat and sleep.

I have restarted numerous times. I have turned the heart monitor on/off in the watch settings and restarted. NO change.

Now only seeing the 2 hyphens next to the Heart icon.

UPDATE - Today, I did a Factory Reset and during the reconnection process, it froze on the "Shortcuts" screen. Now I cannot seem to turn it off by holding the left and bottom buttons down for 10/15/20 seconds.

Ideas? It is 6 months old.
