My phone says the last sync with my Fitbit was at 1:29am, with medium battery. When I woke up at about 5am it was dead. I thought it was a little weird, but it had been a couple of days since I charged it, so I plugged it in. About 8 seconds after, a pink batter with 0% popped up and vanished. I left it plugged it about an hour and when I checked again, nothing had changed. I have read tons of the forums. I cleaned the charging sensors. I moved the plug to another outlet, though my phone charged fine on the same one. I attempted a restart (no response). I attempted a factory reset, even held the three buttons down for ~3 minutes (no response). The only thing it does is tell me it has 0% battery about 8 seconds after it's plugged in before going black again. Help. This **ahem**ed thing is less than 2 months old. I have loved it and cared for it well. 😭
