Versa connection issues with android phone

Versa not holding charge slows down and stops syncing after 99% then the time just keeps slowing down and eventually stops. unable to connect with wifi Bluetooth is able to pair with the device  but in the settings section it states the wifi is off

I regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the battery of your Fitbit Versa and issues to sync. Wi-Fi turns off automatically after 1-2 minutes of inactivity. We recommend using Wi-Fi only while downloading music, using other apps that require Wi-Fi, or updating the firmware. Are you having difficulties on any of these situations?

 

Your watch should sync your activities automatically via Bluetooth, but if you want to sync manually, you can follow these instructions. If you have difficulties to sync, you can follow our troubleshooting steps on this article.
