Versa constantly changing screens

Versa is changing screens by itself! Has been doing this for close to 3 weeks. Won't connect to my Samsung Galaxy phone, or it disconnects by itself. Also after it changes to a screen I locks itself and I can't get it back to home screen! Please fix this bug!

Hi @A_MarieWhite, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's experiencing screen and connection issues.

Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to unlock your watch. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page. This article contains a restart process which is also great for the random screen changes issue that your watch is also experiencing.

Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Finally got my Fitbit to restart, had to turn off 5 different times, before
it started working again. No real issues except battery doesn't seem to be
lasting as long as it had been before issues began.

Hi @A_MarieWhite, thank you for getting back. I'm glad to hear that you were able to restart your Fitbit Versa.

Since you mentioned that the battery of your watch is draining fast, please try the tips that are advised in this help article. After this, check out the battery's behavior and see if it doesn't drain fast.

Let me know how it goes.

Again, this is a issue, and now I can't get my versa to turn off. My home
screen button is not working properly. Each time i vlick the home screen
button my exercises pop up, then the nothing new here comes up.
