Versa constantly goes to Alarms

My Versa constantly goes to Alarms for no reason. This drains the battery fast and is annoying. Worse, the buttons to get out of that setting don't do anything. Something very wrong.

I am having the same problem with the alarms screen.  I have done a restart, factory reset, erased all alarms and it's still doing it.  It started after the last iPhone update.  Any fixes yet?    VERY ANNOYING.

I have an htc 10. After about a week of retsarting the versa, i did try changing the clock face to a default one. Along with another restart this seemed to do the trick. Touch wood, its still working...😊

I don't have an iPhone but once I switched back to a Fitbit click it fixed
itself after another turn off.

Can someone please help me? My Fitbit keeps opening the Alarm. I tried everything, restart, factory reset, cleaning the buttons with a tooth pick up, change clock face, but unfortunate nothing helps. None of the buttons of my watch work anymore. Only a long press on left button brings me back to the time but a second later the Set alarm is back again. Really frustrating. Hope someone can help me

I would contact Fitbit support. After I did all of this they sent me a new
unit.

Any solutions? This is happening mid workout and cancelling my exercises and when I’m doing nothing the alarm page comes up. Ugh.

I have two solutions to this problem:

1. (short term fix) - throw away the Versa and buy another one

2. (long term fix) - throw away the Versa and but a Samsung smart watch

You're welcome
