I was just wondering if the screen on the versa lite can be changed or is it under warranty. I’ve only had it for less than a month. Not sure how it cracked.

Hi @Sandra1951 It is usually seen as accidental damage and is not covered, but you would need to contact Support (link in my signature) for a definite answer on your case. It is not repairable unfortunately

@Sandra1951 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your question about if the Versa screen can be changed, we don't have a repair center and don't have spare screens to sell or replace.
However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will follow up on your case. You will be contacted via email soon. Please keep an eye on your email account.
