Versa cracked screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently filed a claim with Fitbit (which is within warranty) for a screen that cracked from the top right side without any impact. The Fitbit team is bluntly lying and calling this an accidental damage when there is no. I sent them zoomed-in pictures that do not show any blunt force from the top or side of the device.

This is ridiculous that Fitibit just dismisses the case without even fully evaluating this. I work in tech and deal with smartphones/tablets screens all the time. And I can tell the difference between accidental damage and one that is not.

My wife's Fitbit also stopped working and the customer service is not willing to do any of this.

Pathetic Service. Clearly you guys dont care about your customer neither you care about what they stay with Fitbit or not.

Hi @Vsm_Chicago, welcome to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa suffered a crack on the top right of the display.

I'm also sorry to hear that it's not covered under warranty. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
