Hello! I have broken the glass face on my fitbit versa special edition. I contacted fitbit but they do not have any replacements. Any ideas??

Hi @alones66 check with a watch repair place, but it won't be the same. It might lose the water resistance and cost more than you're willing to pay. Sorry this happened to you.

Please note the screen cannot be replaceable. As our Support Team has mentioned, discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
As our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:
(a) use with non-Fitbit products
(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching
(d) operating the Product:
(i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit
(ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit
(iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
