Versa crashed when running

My Versa is new. I received it Christmas day. It has crashed during the middle of my last two runs. The first time was about 50 minutes in. The second time was about 30 minutes in. I am alerted to the exact moment it happens because my music will stop. Then, when I look at the screen it will just have the Fitbit logo. When I open the app, it will show that my run ended at that spot. I will have to start a second run to continue tracking from that point after the Versa reboots.

@THEPEA Have you tried rebooting the tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes? Could you disable connected GPS in the options of Run exercise, and test if Versa still keeps rebooting?
