I have had my Vera for about 5 weeks, and it has been crashing (not every time but A LOT) when i am in the exercise run mode. Sometimes it's in the first quarter mile of my walk and others it's almost a mile in. It still tracks all of my steps, but it is getting very frustrating that I cant track my walk/exercise and get the stats after. This thing is still practically brand new. Any ideas?

Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it yoh will need to co tact Support (link in my signature)

Hey @Shutterbug1775, welcome to the Community! Oh! Sounds odd that your Versa is acting like that. Let me suggest you something, as @NellyG said, you can try to restart your Versa by following the instructions in this post. Beside that, I'd like to ask you something, is your Versa crashing only when you "Run" or when you perform any of the other exercises on the watch itself?

After about 8 weeks my Versa is doing the same thing. Online I found many people with the same issue going back for over one year. Seems like a software fix is needed. Will it be released soon?
