My Versa went dead after a brief swim in the ocean.
It started vibrating with a blank screen while I was still in the water, I went out immediately, rinsed and dried it and it stayed completely blank, without responding to any of my attempts of charging or restarting.
Only after few days and few charges it suddenly revived and started working again, but I am noticing few anomalies and the HR sensors are definitely gone. I am in contact with the customer support as I speak, but I am speaking everyday with a different representative and I have already sent pictures, confirmed there are no signs of condensation whatsoever, followed the several instructions I got from them as reset, factory reset and so on. Reading many other posts with similar topics I assume I should get a replacement but nobody from customer support even talked about that, and I am starting being really impatient. I am working out and I am losing days and days where I could get a proper tracking so I am thinking about getting another watch - and not fitbit !
How disappointing. Isn't the versa supposed to resist 50m?? I doubt you would find any pool with this depth....
