I've noticed over the last few days that the calories burned being shown for each day have pretty much doubled and today the watch is showing my heart rate as 150bpm but I'm not doing anything to cause that.
I've attached a screenshot
I've unlinked the watch from the app, done a factory reset and relinked and there is no change.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

I've been having a similar issue for the last couple of months. I first noticed that while sitting watching TV my heart rate spiked to 135 bpm from 65 bpm, stays there for a minute or less then comes crashing back down to the high 60s within seconds. It does this about 5 times a week. It's really freaking me out. The times I catch it doing it I check my pulse and my pulse is still in the 60s.
It is really bad for my anxiety and I have considered not wearing my Versa anymore. I've followed all the help suggestions like wrist placement, restarting, resynching, and factory reset but it keeps doing it.
