Versa won't sync!!

Every morning I try to sync and "device not found" shows up after "looking for device". 

AFTER I restart everything phone, fit bit (turn off fitbit, turn back on) Bluetooth off then back on, then sync to versa... STILL only works sometimes.

I don't wanna do this every darn morning!! 

I've tried to reinstall the app as well. 

Didn't help at all. 

 

HELP ME!!

I've been a fit bit user for almost 5 yrs. I don't wanna give up fitbit, but definitely not worth all this hassle.

Growing problems exactly like yours are appearing on this forum.  My Versa Lite stopped syncing yesterday morning and nothing I do seems to fix it.

Hi @KittiEKat  Have you tried uninstalling the fitbit completely and unpairing from bluetooth and then re-installing and re-pairing into bluetooth?  

 

I find with the versa that my connection with my phone can sometimes be a bit wonky.  So, I find that restarting my phone sometimes works as a quick fix.

I've done all of it except unpair from Bluetooth.
I'll try that too...
