Versa dead after overheating during charge

Hi

I charged my versa as usual this evening,  went to put it on and found it hot and unresponsive.

I have already had a versa replaced in the last few months after a similar incident. I ended up buying another versa to replace tge replacement which stopped working!  I don't get the device wet and do not understand why these watches only last a few months.

I'm not using fitbit products again. The app hardly ever syncs with the device which while not the end of the world is frustrating.

Hi, contact Customer Support again with your problem and ask for a battery test. This is not normal behaviour.

@KimT67 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is unresponsive and got overheated. As my friend @SunsetRunner mentioned, this is not a normal behavior.

Due to this, I'll forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
