I've had this Versa since about a month after release, and its critical that I keep this thing operational, given all the virtual challenges I'm in (it's been a godsend for my health this year).
Battery died around 11pm. Tried to charge today, but:
1) placing in charger doesn't work. No charge, no reaction occurs
2)used my backup charger, no response. Left in charge for an hour, still no response
3)Checked device - contacts have no corrosion or buildup on them.
4)app check can't find the band.
I can't even get the 0% to show up.
I've been using fitbit devices only since '12 and have gone through multiple versions as new designs changed. Versa's been the best one to date, but I'm running out of alternatives and every day lost, I fall behind on goal tracking. Anyone have any other triage ideas?

Never mind. Go figure - I held the back and bottom button before and nothing happened, but I suddenly held down only the bottom right button for 15 seconds and it reset. Why it wasn't working using the two button system is beyond me. Oh well, at least its charging again. 🙂
