I have been having issues with my Fitbit Versa for a couple of days. Firstly, it stopped measuring the number of stairs climbed and then today it has stopped measuring my heart rate 

I put it on charge but it did nothing except make the device really hot. Now it is completely dead and will not turn on at all. I have tried holding down all three buttons to reset it and just holding the bottom and side button to switch the watch back on but nothing has worked. The screen is black and there is no life in it whatsoever 

Please help. I’m so disappointed that my watch is only a year old and has already stopped working

Exactly the same has happened to mine today, it will not turn on at all. So disappointed I have had mine just under a year!!
