Hi all. My Versa has been deleting steps when I sync it recently, yesterday was the first time, I had done over 12000 steps and it took me down to just over 7000. Today I had just done close to 7000 steps and it took me down to 2000. I have tried restarting the versa. I’ve checked that the time and date are in the correct time zone. What else can I try to stop it doing this. It is messing with my daily goals as well as my challenges. This is my first Fitbit and have only had it since Christmas. PLEASE HELP! TIA

Best Answer@Clamb92 yes, please do. I think with all these recent updates happening, there have been hiccups. Definitely not a problem with your watch. I can see how it can be frustrating though.
@Clamb92 I do not think it's your Versa per se as in hardware issue. It might be a hiccup during sync to or from Fitbit servers on the line Fitbit app - Fitbit servers. At this point, not much you can do just keep an eye on it. You can try updating the app .the new version (2.85) is out.

Best AnswerI had the same issue a week or so ago, restarted my Versa a few times and it hasn't happened since?
My understanding is there have been a few updates, so maybe its just a hiccup while the gremlins are being worked out?
Best Answer@Clamb92 I am leaning towards hiccup hypothesis. But please do report back after several days! 😄
Best AnswerThanks so much for all your help! It hasn’t done it in a couple of days but will keep an eye on it!
