Versa didn't sync with app

Ive barely had this a week and having issues.  Today I walked over 10,000 steps... but my fitbit wouldn't sync with the app so it only shows 35 steps!! WTF!!? It keeps saying last sync was at 5:50AM!! Not a happy customer!!

If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
