Versa didn’t track BPM for CrossFit

Logged my first workout with versa today at CrossFit. I manually started it under the “workout” category and several times throughout my workout could see that it was reading my BPM. However once I checked my stats after on the app it shows no active minutes or heart rate recording at all. What’s happening here? Right now as it’s on my wrist it says “null” for heart rate. I tried moving it higher/lower, making it tighter. Am I missing something?

@MeganHilgendorf If you swipe up on the main screen to open Today app on your Versa and scroll down to heart rate stats, can you the current heart rate? Are the sensor lights flashing? Just in case, please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, that Versa's battery is not critically low (anything between below 10-15) as the sensor may turn off automatically. Re 'null' on your clockface - are you using a 3rd party clock face. This might need an update. Try changing a clockface to Fitbit original.

These are all great suggestions thank you. I fixed the problem by putting my watch on my non-dominant arm, worked out again this morning and everything was tracked and heart rate is no longer null! Thanks!
