Versa died when I did a Factory Reset

I paid for a Premium Coach subscription but the premium content wasn't showing up on my Versa so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as per forum advice. It seemed to be paired fine with my phone but kept saying it couldn't install Coach as Versa wasn't found. After numerous restarts, unpairing and repairing, and uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work, I decided to try a Factory Reset from the option in the Versa's settings. Now the Versa won't even turn back on. The battery was full. When I put it on the charger, there is no response. I have tried holding the Left and Bottom button in, and I have tried holding all three in. Nothing works.
