Map not displayed on Android app but shown on dashboard

Hi All,

I've got a problem where the maps for my gps tracked excercises are not displayed in the app correctly - they are however correct on the web dashboard and when exported to strava.

Heres what it look like in the app:

and this is on the web dashboard:

Any ideas?

@sselmraH I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the missing maps that are not showing on your Fitbit app, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. By the way, thank you for providing photos of the issue. However, I'm afraid to say that we don't have access to those links. Please add those screenshots to this thread directly in a post. Please check out this post in order to learn how to add images to your posts.

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in. After this, monitor your exercises using connected GPS and see if the maps appear on your app properly.

As a side note, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Apologies, here's the comparison of my run on my phone vs on the dashboard.

@sselmraH, thank you for getting back and providing the screenshots. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the workaround that I shared in my previous post.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Latest version of app is installed. I have logged out, restarted the phone and logged back in - still the same problem. I do use the connected gps as you can see from the same excercise being correctly shown in the web app. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A3.
