Versa display and battery issues

Bought my Versa in May. All of a sudden will no longer keep its charge. Now there are moving vertical lines. Anyone?

@Junebug75, doesn’t sound good. I would contact customer support. They will probably ask you to do a hard reset and go from there.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?
