Versa not receiving notifications

Hi, got new Versa today. Syncs and is connected to iPhone fine, but will not receive calls or notifications. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

It is probably the settings your iPhone has. Check that show in is History is set and that the lock screen is set to allow notifications. I am not an iPhone user but have read about those settings in other threads. Leg usbknow if that fixesnit (or not 😁)

Thanks Nelly...but no it didn’t help. I’m at a loss...was hoping to be able to instant chat with a Fitbit helpdesk person but can’t find where to ring or message.
