My versa has a corrupted display.
i contacted customer support and they advised me to reboot the watch.
I have done this three times now in the last week and the screen flickers, compresses the picture into a third of the screen and has thick lines running through it.
i changed the screen saver from layers to flare to grad times and back in the hope it was a problem with the screen information.
the situation remains unresolved.

I would get back with support and tell them it is not resolved

Based upon this thread, Versa screen corrupts have been happening since May 2018. Here it is April 2020 and this issue is still ongoing. I purchased my Versa in Jan 2019 and have loved it! However, 2 days ago, my display became corrupt, right after it got wet, not immersed, just wet. I am 2 months out of warranty and all Fitbit (2 chats and 1 phone call) can say is sorry, you;re out of warranty, here's a 25% discount you can use on a new one. Really Fitbit???? If you are reading this and have not made a purchase yet, RUN!!!! Fitbit does not stand behind issues that have been going on for nearly 2 years. I loved my Versa, but cannot spend another $200 on a product wondering if it will last more than 14 months! Exploring other tracker products who stand behind their product. I am truly sorry to my friends and family who I recommended this product to.....my mistake!
