Hi, can anyone tell ne why my versa 2 is cancelling steps pls? Ive done 36k steps today which my fitbit recognised & i received notification of a badge saying i’d done over 35k steps. An hour later my fitbit tells me ive only done 26k steps! Can anyone tell me why this is happening please?

Are you manually entering any exercises? 

Do you have mobiletrack enabled?

Hi, I just go to the exercise shortcut to tap walk when I start my walk, I don't put anything else in. Where would I find mobiletrack?
