Hey, so I bought my Versa in the end of April and got it in May. I used it almost a month and the glass of this watch got scraped. I have worn it like everybody. Done nothing special. Before Versa I had Blaze and it is still in perfect condition so it cannot be that I've broken it myself somehow.
Is someone having the same issue? I wrote to support, but they don't care about my problem.

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is anything you can do. Most manufacturer warranties do not cover cracks and scratches and there are no places to fix the screen ( that I am aware of). If you bought it from Best Buy and bought th Best Buy warranty, they will exchange it for you since their warranty covers everyday wear including cracks and scratches. Unfortunately, the versa seems to be very fragile. When I had mine I bought screen protectors and bumpers to protect the device. Best of luck.

A warm welcome to the Forums @ilumets and @Jayelo thanks for stopping by.
I am sorry to hear about your Versa damage and appreciate the attachment. As told by our friend, our warranty doesn't cover this type damages. Did our support team offer anything for this?
Looking forward to hear from you.

Hi,
No, unfortunately nothing. One thing is outside damage. But I'm upset because, not only about the dissapointment about the bad quality, but also about the watch not working properly. Almost two weeks now, I cannot connect my fitbit to my phone. I have done everything I can, restarted my phone & my watch. I even did full factory settings to my phone and still nothing. I have lost 200€ for this?
