got my watch about 6 months ago been working fine realised the battery was draining so changed the automatic light up setting been using it normally for 2 days and now my screen has broken...I can no longer get to settings tell the time or anything else as it either comes up with black and white lines or green numbers as I cant turn it off what else can I do?

Unfortunately I have no way of adding a photo after looking at your post link in your reply it would seem that literally none of the options came up other than trying to add it from clipboard which I will try but didn't seem to work

Sorry about that, you should be able to attach an image into your post by taping the little camera icon after tapping the 3 dots for more options. For us to move on, can you please try with a computer instead? Please let me know if you still experience difficulties with this process.

So this is the screen when looking at the clock face yet when in menu I can see screen fine but can't use it
