Versa display flickering

Today after charging, my Versa has small vertical lines across the face and larger white lines flickering randomly. It is only 2 months old. What may cause this and what is the solution? It looks like when a computer has gone bad!

You can try restarting it: restart

If that doesn't work, contact Fitbit Support.

Great to see new faces @Cathypb, welcome! @swim4lifekac and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you followed our friends recommendations? Did you contact our support team, have they offer a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Yes I did. I actually I did it right after I posted. They are replacing
it. It worries me that the replacement will do the same. I was lucky it was
still under warranty. Customer support was great!
Thanks!!!!

Thanks for the update @Cathypb.

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to post it. Smiley Very Happy
