Good Morning,
I put my versa on the charger last night and when I woke up the screen is now blank. It is still fuctional behind the black screen since my alarm still went off and it is counting my morning steps but something happened overnight. I've tried restarting it and nothing...same blank screen. Help!

@Klpernick Trying changing to a different clock face and see if that helps.

I was REALLY hoping it was that easy but it is still showing a black screen after changing faces 😞

I seem to be having the same problem but not fixed by support. Can someone please reach out to me to help fix this. All I was offered was a 25% discount on a new fitbit. I would like to fix this on my versa.
