Versa display is not working

I purchased fitbut versa 4 months back.

Today suddenly the display of the watch started to blink and then disappered.

I tried to shut down and restart versa but failed to do so as nothing was coming on the screen.

Could you please help me assisting what should be done .

 

I am not sure how to contact Support Team either

Reset- Hold all 3 buttons at the same time a few seconds until the Fitbit logo appears, then my screen came back on.

Thank you for the reply.

 

The problem is even I press all three buttomrs..try restarting... fsctory reset...it is not possible to do so..as I cannot see fitbit logo in the screen.

I have same issue . I have reset many times. Use Fitbit watch face and was working this morning.
