Bought a brand new Fitbit Versa for my daughter in May of this year. After 4 months, it stopped holding any charge. It would only turn on when connected to the charger.
Fitbit replaced it with a refurbished one. The refurbished one came with a screen that didn't respond properly. It would randomly choose to respond to the taps/commands, but most often not work at all. Fitbit again replaced it, with another refurbished one.
I'm not impressed that I paid for a brand new one, that was treated well and cared for, and now we have to settle for refurbished ones (and the first of which didn't even work, it was obviously returned by a customer for a reason!)
