I have the Fitbit Versa and everything seemed to be working fine until I realized my backlight after the watch goes to “sleep” mode (i.e...after you look at it and continue your business it normally shuts the whole screen down until requested by looking at the time or manually.) that it doesn’t shut off.
The screen goes away as if it is but it still illuminates a glow from the screen, which in return also drains my battery drastically and my watch is always dead. Really upset about this seeing how I only bought the watch about two months ago. Unfortunately I didn’t buy it through you guys, I bought it from Target. Which I think I’m passed my return dates.
If this issue can’t be addressed. What can I do? Did I really just spend $200.00 for it to not function properly only after a few months of having it? I have tried to attach a picture but was unsuccessful.
