My Versa suddenly had difficulty with it's touch screen and was unable to scroll or select anything. I restarted it twice at that point with no resolution. Then, later in the day, the display was totally black, but I could tell it was on because it was still taking my stats, was syncing, and still had plenty of charge. I tried the 2- button restart to no avail.
Today I checked the forums to see what others did. I changed the clock face, I did the 3-button restart at least 4 times (one of which I did for a 3 minute hold to see if that was the issue), but never got more than a quick vibration and no Fitbit logo ever turned on. My screen still remains black, while the Fitbit is still technically on. Halp! I'm out of options, please advise.

Hi @jspiwak, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Since the restart process and changing your device's clock face didn't work, I'd suggest our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I tried this method twice already and it does not seem to work. The screen
never turns on and does not vibrate. Please advise.
@RicardoFitbit what's the next step?

I am experiencing the same issue except my versa is on and the screen remains blank/black after the resets. Seems accurate considering I have an aria that does not weigh properly. 😞

Update - I called Fitbit and did the trouble shooting over the phone, same as instructions above, still nothing. The screen has a malfunction and a replacement is on the way. The call took about 12 minutes and was very easy. We did realize that my steps will still track, so continue to wear and charge your watch as needed until you get the replacement. Good luck ladies!

This is the 2nd replacement that stops working a few weeks shy after 1yr warranty. I am super disappointed and REFUSE to purchase any further devices. Its unacceptable that FITBIT watches stop working after a year.

This didn't work at all. Won't turn on. Went off as walking. This Versa has just had one problem after another. Tried to get help to get pulse to work before but nothing I was told to do helped either. Strap has begun ripping. Piece that holds strap broke off.

I tried all these as recomended but screen is not turning on; definitely not even buzzing after pressing 3 buttons. It lools like there is no life to it.but Interestingly the app on my phone is showing that battery is 100%.
