Not happy with Fitbit, My versa won’t work anymore for no apparent reason. It was fine, I took it off and when I went to put it back on all I have is a black screen.called them, went through their reset information.
They told me as it’s out of warranty I can get a discount on another watch. At the moment I haven’t budgeted for a new watch but I’ve only got 30 days to decide. Not good Fitbit. Feels like I’m being forced into use it or lose it. There seems to be a lot of the same issues with the versa at the moment, are they turning them off, are sales down?
