Versa display not waking up when tapped

Since this morning, my versa display is acting weird. Not waking up on tap and then waking up by itself and opening the app by itself. It has the default watch face and it switches between heart rate, steps and calories burnt all by itself. I tap to do something and its doing something else and navigates to other apps. Please help!

 

Just to add, i have tried restarting and syncing multiple times.

@priyankpandey Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa display doesn't turn on when tapped, it turns on by itself and goes through the different stats and apps. Thank you by the way for trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issue. Please try a factory reset. To do so, on your device, open the "Settings" app, then select "About", then "Factory Reset" and finally, "Clear User Data".

 

Make sure to sync your tracker before trying the factory reset process in order to avoid losing your data.
