@SunsetRunner I don't think the screen timeout is going to help. You should probably do a factory reset and contact support for a replacement if that doesn't work. To factory reset:
1) Delete Versa from bluetooth on your phone.
2) From Settings app, go to About and pick Factory Reset. Let it do its thing.
3) Set it up again like you did when you first got it.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa turns off by itself even though the battery is full.
In addition to the following the factory reset process that shared @Slatyer, please make sure to sync your tracker while it's on the charging cable in order to avoid losing your data.
After the factory reset, please restart your Versa as described in this help article and your tracker will refresh internally. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
