Hi,
I’ve tried rebooting my versa and loading the most recent updates and the display is still not working. The data is making its way to my app though. Steps, active minutes etc show 0 on my versa but correctly on my app. The heart rate shows null on my versa but shows on my app.
can someone assist please?

In another forum someone recommended to change the face display from my iPhone.
this did the trick!

Both heart rate and steps not displaying on screen but is available on the app. We have restarted the versa with nothing changing.
Help!!
