Versa not charging

Have tried different plugs holding buttons but I cannot get my versa to turn on / charge, any advice 😭

Hi @Josslongman Welcome to the Community. Have a go at giving your Versa's charging contacts a Clean then try recharging. If this doesn't help then the way forward will be to contact  Customer Support  for some further assistance.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue by yourself and was able to see here that our friend @Tony.r  provided some instructions in order to fix this battery problem.
