Versa display not working

I have a Versa that was orginally purchased in 2017. It has been faithful every day during workouts, showers, beach trips, everything! This morning the screen began to glitch and would start an exercise or other random things without my touching/starting it. It no longer shows anything in the screen, but does have a dim background light showing. The green heartrate monitor  is not working. It went through the update a couple weeks ago with firmware 32.70.7.14 showing. Is the life of my Versa over (and needing to be replaced) or is this a firmware issue? I have tried to restart it with the two buttons and factory reset with the three. No luck with that.
