I have had Versa for little over a year and the display all of sudden stopped working, screen went blank with occasional lines on the screen. It shows that it is fully charged. I tried to restart and also factory reset but nothing works. So sad that this watch only lasted a little over a year. I am told these have only 1 yr warranty. Feels like a let down, given this watch costs > $200.
Has anybody else tried any other things for this problem?

@binsun, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display stopped working and didn't turn on even though you tried a regular restart and a factory reset before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in order to follow up with the offer they provided.
I totally understand how you feel about the warranty policy.

@binsun, I'm sorry for the late response. However, The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I really understand how frustrating this is for you.
