Notice as went 00.00 to n 1/1/21 screen went black and then took while to return would be lucky if I see the screen an hour throughout my day! Constantly black and never experienced this issue before seems to be an issue with Fitbit! Get it sorted! Seriously contemplating taking business elsewhere after over 5yrs being customer!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this uncommon issue, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? When the display goes black, the heart rate sensors of your Versa keep flashing (meaning that the device is still working) or it became unresponsive?
