I am on hold now w Fitbit. Got my Versa November 2018. They want to send me a replacement. But only the face. I told them “heck” no and I wanted a whole new box. They offered to send me a new box AFTER I send them all my items first. And it could take 5-7 days for them to process receiving my items. W medical issues I kinda rely on my Fitbit and can’t afford to wait that long. They refuse to send in advance. Even tho they have sent in advance when I had issues w all the other devises I’ve had from them. I am going to attempt to return to the store. Hopefully the store has a better business brain than Fitbit. Very frustrated if u can’t tell.

Well the store would t take it so I jumped the Fitbit hoops in hopes to have a new one soon- bad business.
