Hello.

I've had my Fitbit versa for two years now.

I washed the device with water to clean it after a run, knowing it is waterproof to 50m, and after a couple of hours suddenly the screen refused to switch on. The backlight of the screen works while nothing else is displayed. I can even feel the vibrations of the watch and I have tried several times to restart it without luck.

I suspect some water has infiltrated inside the device. Is there any way I can fix it?

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
