My fitbit versa worked perfectly this morning. It's a little over a year old. I felt a vibrate and looked at my screen which was black. I thought maybe it had just died but my app said it aas recently synced and at 40%. I went ahead and put it on the charger just to be sure and left it on for 2 hours and nothing changed. I tried the rebooting troubleshooting and made no difference. This is my 3rd fitbit, the 2nd of the 3 to crap out on me. I use my fitbit everyday and I love everything about it. I don't want to switch to a different brand but it seems that spending $200 on the watch just to stop working a year later when the warranty is up is a little pricey. Anyone have any ideas of what else to try and get my fitbit to work?

If you did a factory reset its probable the watch is no longer usable.
You can check if this is the issue by placing it in the charger and plugging it into a PC USB port.
The PC should play a sound announcing the connection of a device but if it also plays a sound indicating a disconnection of a device then the watch is dead.
If it is now dead following a factory reset probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
