Same here. Had my versa for about a year and a half. Now It just flashes the logo on and off. Will not sync, will not factory reset.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix this situation, please try our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
